Privacy policy
What we collect
Your email address and name; the photographs and prompts you submit; the results we generate; the credit ledger; and ordinary technical logs (IP address, user agent, request timing) kept for security and debugging.
What we do not collect
We strip EXIF metadata — including GPS coordinates — from uploads before storing them. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell personal data.
Why we process it
To run the generation you asked for; to meter and bill credits; to keep the service secure and to detect abuse; and to comply with the law. The legal basis is performance of a contract with you, plus our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.
Model providers
Your input is sent to the model provider that renders the job, and to no one else. We choose providers that do not train on API traffic by default. We do not submit your images as training data.
How long we keep it
Uploaded originals: 30 days. Generated results: while your account is open, so that your library keeps working. Deleting a frame purges both from object storage within 24 hours. Deleting your account removes everything except the minimum financial records the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion is self-service in Settings.
Everything else: this deployment has not published a contact address yet.
Cookies
A session cookie so you stay signed in, and a theme cookie so the page renders in the right theme on the first byte. Nothing else. There is no analytics cookie and no advertising cookie.
Children
Ambrotone is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
