Billing questions

What exactly is a credit?

A unit of machine time. Prices are set per effect and shown on the card before you run anything. There is no hidden multiplier and no surge pricing.

What if the result is wrong?

A failed job is refunded automatically. If a job succeeded but the output is unusable, use the "this looks wrong" link on the result and we will look at it.

Can I mix a subscription and packs?

Yes. Pack credits and subscription credits sit in the same wallet, and the ledger shows where each one came from.

How do I cancel?

Settings → Billing → Manage. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the credits you already have stay in the wallet.
